Here are my TOS you agree to when commissioning me!

I do:
Dragons, Creatures, Humanoids, Animals, Fanart (depends), Environment artI don't do:
- Realistic humans
- I won’t imitate any artstyle, I only draw in my own
- Complicated mecha
- Hardcore NSFW/Porn/Fetish art


-> My commission process:First of all, we talk about what you want and set prices.
Send me references, the more, the better.
It's also nice to know more about the character I'm drawing, so don’t hesitate to tell me about them!


-> Payment-> After that is set I'll start the drawing process.You will receive an update after EVERY phase the drawing goes through!-sketch - defined sketch - linework - flatcolor - rendered-Please communicate and tell me what should be changed, after I send you the progress!
I will only continue working on the commission, if I get your okay!
!You can request changes in every one of those phases, mistakes on the design I made are free, other than that five revisitions are free!-> Payments, Refunds, CancellationsPayment is due before I start working on the commission.
Payment plans (half beforehand, half midway) are possible.
Prices are negotiable depending on what you want for your commission.
Refunds can be placed up to before I start the linework or when painting, the flatcolor phase. After that, only partial refunds in relation to how finished the piece is are possible.
If refunded, I will STOP working on the commission completely.
Completed commissions and commission stages are not refundable.
If I have to cancel a commission, I will refund it completely.-> COPYRIGHTI am to be credited as the artworks artist.

...NFT purposes/use.
...A.I. training purpose or for altering it through A.I.
...commercial use/purpose (exept stated other).Commissions are for personal use only.
Adoptables’ designs belong to the buyer after purchase, the design can be used willingly, however the original artwork is not for commercial/NFT use either.
Adoptables can be resold, but only at original price or cheaper.


->Rights and responsibilitiesI keep constant communication while working on a commission (through Ko-Fi/bluesky, discord or Email ([email protected])).
I have the right to refuse commissions without explaining.
When I accept a commission, I assume that the client has read and accepted my TOS.
After the commission is finished, you will receive it as .jpeg straight to your Email.Thank you!
